About

Hi, I’m Heather Wyatt. A devoted mother, advocate, public figure and speaker, and upcoming author. My life was forever changed by the loss of my 13-year-old daughter, Aubreigh, to the devastating effects of bullying and the pressures of social media. Out of that tragedy, I founded the Aubreigh Wyatt Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting teens and families through therapy access, resources, and awareness around bullying, self-harm, and suicide prevention.

I will never stop turning my broken pieces into something that can help someone else.”

Out of that pain, I found purpose, and I’ve made it my mission to ensure no family or child walks through these struggles alone.

Today, I share my journey with more than three million followers across social media, offering raw and unfiltered glimpses into life after loss. My mission is to blend vulnerability, faith, and advocacy to inspire hope and to remind others they are never alone.

I am currently writing my debut memoir. In this book I share my family’s story of love, loss, and resilience after the tragic passing of my daughter, Aubreigh. Through raw honesty and faith, I open a window into grief, healing, and the fight to keep moving forward. This isn’t just a story about loss, but of love, faith, and resilience, written to honor her memory and to bring hope to others walking through their own darkest seasons.

I share my story with honesty, faith, and hope. My goal is simple: to bring awareness to mental health and teen suicide, remind people they are not alone, to encourage healing, and to give others the courage to hold on through life’s hardest moments.

Every word I write, every story I tell, and every time I speak, I carry forward my daughter’s legacy. And I close with the message I want every person to hear and believe:
You are wanted. You are needed. You are loved. Please stay.
